Forgot / Reset My Password

Use this option when you don't remember your password or want to set a new one.

What to Click on Microsoft's Page

After you continue, Microsoft will ask you to enter your CAW email and complete a captcha. On the second screen, choose:

"I forgot my password"

Microsoft will verify your identity using the methods you registered in Security Info, then let you set a new password.

You must have Security Info (MFA / password reset methods) already registered. If you don't, contact the CAW IT Help Desk.

Open Microsoft Password Reset

Opens Microsoft's self-service portal in a new tab. Enter your CAW email, then pick the option above.
